‘Vande Matharam’ on Sep. 10

Producer Henry’s big star cast film ‘Vande Matharam’ is all set for release. It is a bi-lingual in Tamil and Malayalam starring Mammootty, Arjun and Sneha together for the first time.

‘Vande Matharam’ analyses farmers struggle and related social violence to put forward an amicable solution to have lasting harmony. In the story Mammootty and Arjun play police officers and Sneha plays a woman pilot.

The film is directed by T. Aravind, who directed movies ‘Aravindan’ and ‘Akaram’ before. Producer Henry is also known for quality social films like ‘Marumalarchi’, ‘Bharathi Kannama’ and ‘Pudhumaipithan’ before.

The music ‘Vande Matharam’ is by D. Imman and the audio was launched on July 3. A highlight in the film is a patriotic song penned by Vairamuthu. The much awaited film is releasing on September 10.
