Missing Jayaram as a hero in Tamil films? Don’t worry, the actor is at it again, with a film titled ‘Sabash Sariyana Potti’, a laugh riot directed by popular small screen actor Venu Arvind.

The actor, who initially played the protagonist in a host of Tamil films and later took up supporting roles, is literally playing a hero (read a superstar with a large fan base) in ‘Sabash Sariyana Potti’.

If sources are to be believed, the film is about the problems faced by an extremely popular actor, who wants to enter politics, and everything is told in a hilarious way. “The movie is a complete laughathon”, sources say.

Saying that ‘Sabash Sariyana Potti’ is on the verge of completion, they add: “Sriranjani plays the heroine while music is by Thaman. Plans are on to release the movie soon”. Jayaram’s last venture in Tamil was ‘Kola Kolaya Mundhirika’, which too was a fun-filled ride.
