Journalist-turned-filmmaker Aadhi, who made his debut in tinsel town more than a year ago with the experimental mystery-thriller ‘Silandhi’, will go to floors with his next venture ‘Naran’ from today.

“Naran, produced by T Dinesh Karthik, too is a thriller which will come with unexpected twists and turns. At the same time, the movie will not be inferior in terms of entertainment elements like fun, frolic and romance,” he says.

“Choreographer Agnishwaran plays the hero, while Poorna plays the female lead. Monica, the heroine of my maiden film ‘Silandhi’, is doing a very important character in ‘Naran’. Comedy part will be taken care of by Ganja Karuppu,” Aadhi adds.

A believer of destiny, the director says, “Naran will be a new experience to the Tamil audience. The film, in a convincing manner, will try to establish a point that there is a supreme power above us.”

Music is by Dheena and cinematography is by Shaman Mithru, a former associate of Ravi K Chandran and K VAnand. National award-winning editor Satish Kurasova is responsible for the editing.
