‘Uyarthiru 420’. A film with this alphanumeric title will mark the arrival of lyricist Snehan as hero in Tamil cinema. Written and directed by Premnath S, the movie, an action subject, is going to floors today.

Meghna, who is making her debut in Boopathy Pandian’s ‘Kadhal Solla Vanthen’, will be the heroine of ‘Uyarthiru 420’, produced by Chandrasekar for Rich India Talkies in association with Kuber Productions.

Mani Sharma will score the music while D Shankar is the cinematographer. Interestingly, songs for the film starring the ace lyricist will be penned by Vaali, Arivumathi and Kiruthiya, besides Snehan.

Circles close to the unit say the film is about an intelligent conman who cheats others in interesting ways. “How he emerges victorious after getting caught in a trap is the crux,” they add.
