Rama Narayanan was showered with praises at the audio launch of 'Kutti Pisasu', the 120th directorial venture of the filmmaker, in Chennai today.

The event was attended by many prominent persons of Tamil film industry including K Balachander, Bharathiraja, Shankar and Vairamuthu.

In his address, Balachander said, "I always had a fear for computer graphics. But Rama Narayanan is one rare filmmaker who executes them well in his movies."

Echoing the same view was Bharathiraja. "The use of graphics in ‘Kutti Pisasu’ is awesome and breathtaking". Shankar said, "When I started my career as an actor in drama troupes, I remember appearing in a scene for a Rama Narayanan's movie in the 1980s. He is good at encouraging new talent and also is a patient filmmaker."

Vairamuthu described Rama Narayanan as a man with compassion and humanity. The president of Tamil Film Producers Council is good at brokering peace, he said.

The audio was released jointly by Bharathiraja and Balachander and was received by Shankar and producer-director Amirtham. The movie which would feature state-of-the-art computer graphics features a young girl playing the lead role. The music is by Deva.
