Film industry is a strange place. When a film succeeds everyone claims the success. When it fails everyone shuns it and tries to find a scapegoat.

Marocharitra girl Anita seems to have got a first hand experience of this. Commenting on Dil Raju’s opinion that heroine did not suit for Marocharitra, Anita said, “Dil Raju was present when I was auditioned. He did not say anything about this till the movie is completed and we had very good communication. Even now I am not hurt by his comments. I don’t think that his comments will cause problems to my career.”

Also this US born and brought up girl seems to have quickly learnt the ways of film industry. “Heroines does not have much choice in film industry, they are just dolls in directors hands. Whatever a director says she has to do that,” is what Anitha says about the helplessness of female leads.

Anita is born to a Telugu mom and American dad. She has learnt Bharathanatyam and classical dance. Though she is new to India and Telugu culture, she had worked hard for making herself suit for the role in Marocharitra. Discussions are on regarding her future projects.

Hope this beautiful n sensible damsel makes a mark in Tollywood in the future.
