Sandalwood which was taboo for the southern beauties until recently has now tuned a favoured destination. From the top rung Nayantara, Priyamani, Bhavana to the next in line Namitha the girls are making the roads to Bangalore get busier.
The latest heroine packing her bags to Sandalwood is Lekha Washington. Lekha will do her first Kannada film ÂThunta Thunti Lankesh opposite Golden star Ganesh which will be directed by Indrajit Lankesh.
Lekha Washington who could not make it big in Tamil is also expecting her first Hindi film ÂPeter Gaya Kaam Se to give her a break across the Kollywood border.
