A healthy competition is going on between Prabhu Deva and Bhoomika on the sets of ‘Kalavadiya Pozhudhugal’ to get an award for their performance in the movie, says the film’s director Thangar Bachan.

“Prabhu Deva once said in a lighter vein that he would become wild if Bhoomika received an award for ‘Kalavadiya Pozhudhugal’. Such was the hard work put by both the actors for the movie. They are very much impressed by the script,” he says.

“Equally impressed by the storyline is Prakash Raj, one of the lead players of the film”, Thangar says and adds: “Prakash Raj used to say he could not act just like that for script like ‘Kalavadiya Pozhudhugal’.”

Throwing more light on the movie, the filmmaker adds: “the story is so original and anyone can relate to it. After ‘Azhagi’, ‘Kalavadiya Pozhudhugal’ will be remembered for a long time in Tamil cinema.”
