Moser Baer and Blue Ocean Entertainment’s ‘Aval Peyar Thamizharasi’ has passed the censor’s table with a U/A without any cuts. Starring Jai, Nandagi, ‘Ganja’ Karuppu, Rama, Theodre Bhaskaran, Veera Santhanam and others, ‘Aval Peyar Thamizharasi’ is directed by Meera Kathiravan.

The censor officials have appreciated the director and the production house for bringing out a realistic love story with an interesting backdrop sans crude violence. Industry sources say that the film has been made very well on all technical aspects despite being the first film for the director.

As per the script, the hero goes is in search of his childhood sweetheart and the film narrates his attempts to find her. Director Meera Kathiravan is said to have come out with a screenplay that is fast and moving with an element of suspense around it. The team is confident that it will click with the new age audience.

As expected, the film’s makers have decided to bring out the film for Valentine’s Day and so will be releasing in the 2nd week of February 2010.

Vijay Antony scores music for this one for the lyrics of debutant Egadasi while P.G. Muthiah wields the camera and Raja Mohamed handles editing.
