Selvam, who directed Jeeva starrer ‘Rameswaram’, a film on the lives of Sri Lankan Tamil refugees, is back. He is making a bilingual (Tamil and Telugu) titled ‘Oru Mutham, Oru Yuddham,’ which has Uday Kiran and Swetha Basu in lead roles.

Produced by Sri Venkateswara Swamy Films, story for the film is written by Janardhan Maharshi. Pradeep Koneru is scoring the music while Raghavan is in-charge of cinematography.

Says Uday Kiran, “This is a feel good film with a soft love story. It will be made with all required commercial elements. I believe that this movie will give a good break to my career.”

According to director Selvam, “Story and screenplay will both appear fresh to the audience. It is a breezy romantic entertainer with all necessary commercial ingredients. We are planning to release the film soon.”

Uday Kiran, a known face in Tollywood, is currently acting in one more Tamil film too. It is ‘Pen Singam’, which has script by Chief Minister M Karunanidhi. The movie is directed by Bali Srirangam.
