Dayal Padmanabhan ‘Sri Harikathe’ starring Srimurali, Pooja Gandhi and Radhika Gandhi produced by SA Chinne Gowda and N Kumar has completed the shoot in 45 days. The shooting was held for talkie and five songs in Mangalore, Surathkal Beach house, coastal Karnataka. The audio of this thriller will be released on December 11. The film will be placed before the censor on 18th of December and in the first week of January the film is releasing all over Karnataka.

For the prominent actress today in Kannada cinema ‘Mungaru Male’ heroine Pooja Gandhi the film ‘Sri Harikathe’ is like ‘Paani Poori’ the mouth watering chats. Like how ‘Paani Poori’ is cherished the film will also be liked says the pretty actress who is in a negative shade in this film. Director Dayal Padmanabhan is of the opinion that he has worked with 17 heroines so far in his career but Pooja Gandhi is very professional.

Srimurali was apprehensive in the beginning to accept this film. He wished his brother Vijaya Raghavendra for this role but on insistence of director Dayal he took a different kind of role in his career that was tough and challenging.

Sameer Kulkarni scores the music and Prasahna has penned the dialogues for this film.
