“It was a miracle. We are thankful to the Almighty”, says Prabhu Solomon while talking about the great escape of his life he had recently.

With fear still gripping his eyes, the filmmaker says, “it happened when we were shooting at a dangerous place in Moonar for my forthcoming film ‘Maina’. We were canning a mishap scene when a real mishap took place.”

“The scene was about a bus falling in a huge plateau. We kept everything- including the bus, cranes and camera- ready. When we positioned the bus and came out of it to shoot the scene, the vehicle lost its control all of a sudden and crashed down.”

“Thank God that we were out of the bus before it fell down. It was a real miracle. The entire unit was gripped with fear. Four cranes were hired later for rescue operations,” the director recalls.
