Following the trend of directors becoming actors, Praveeen Kanth joined the likes of S.J. Suryah, Cheran, Parthiban and others with his most recent film ‘Thullal’. The man who was introduced to the industry with his super hit film ‘Ratchagan’ was happy and busy directing ad films for all these days.

Recently Praveen Kanth filmed a jewellery ad with Namitha for the famouse jewellery brand Lalitha. What we hear now from our sources is that the director is all set to refresh his film career.

Yeah! Praveen Kanth is on the go to direct his next venture titled ‘Adayalam’.

“I’ve named my project as ‘Adayalam’. The story is about a man who under estimates himself and later discovers his power when his love shows him his aptitude. What happens to this man later is the story of my film,” revealed the director to IndiaGlitz.

When asked if he would direct Namitha for this one, he said, “I worked with Namitha for an ad recently however, I had already decided to rope in a model named Ragini and introduce her in to the industry.”

“And the most important news is that I am the music director of ‘Adayalam’. Composing process is already on the track. Official announcements are on the way!” adds Praveen Kanth. (This is what we call as confidence people!)
