Filmmaker Radhibala has a reason to rejoice. For the debutant director, whose ‘Madurai To Theni Vazhi Aandipatti’ hit the screens recently, has received accolades from none other than ‘Chiyan’ Vikram.

Sources have it that Radhibala received a surprise call from Vikram, who appreciated the entire team for making a nice movie. Also, it is said that the actor has decided to write a letter to the director hailing the film.

Quite appropriate to the title, the lead roles in ‘Madurai To Theni Vazhi Aandipatti’ are passengers in a bus and hence they have no names in the movie. A youth (Vinodhkumar) and a teenage girl (Srithika) travel in a bus proceeding from Madurai to Theni. They do not even speak to each other yet romance blossoms between them.

The youth, who is about to take up the job of a government school master, follows her after she gets down in her village. He locates her house and talks to her parents about his desire to marry her. There are several troubles in store. His proposal becomes a big issue and threatens to blow up into a bloody war. The climax tells you if he gets to marry the girl or not.
