Sindhu Menon is hogging the limelight ever since ‘Eeram’ hit the theatres a couple of weeks ago. Buzz is that the actress has been approached to do the heroine by two top production houses- one each from Tamil and Telugu film industries.

The Mollywood actress, who made her debut with Bharathiraja’s ‘Kadal Pookal’, later acted in ‘Youth’ and ‘Samuthiram’. However, she didn’t focus much in Tamil due to her hectic schedules in Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada projects.

“But now, I am back in business in Tamil cinema. It was really hard to shoot the first scene where I am supposed to drown myself in a bathtub. The water would enter my nostrils resulting in suffocation. I am much elated that I’m paid for my hard work now,’ she says.

Ask Sindhu about her dream role, she adds, “I would like to do any character that offers me more scope to perform.”
