Jai Akash has filed a complaint against Sunaina, her co-star in ‘Madhan’, with the Nadigar Sangam and the Tamil Film Producers Council.

The reason is- a denial by Sunaina that she has not acted in some steamy scenes in the movie and a body double had been used instead of her to cash in on her current status.

Says Jai Akash, who is also the director of ‘Madhan’, “Madhan was Sunaina’s first Tamil film. It was me who brought Sunaina, a struggling artiste then in Telugu, to Tamil. I had a proper agreement and contract with her and shot some bedroom scenes which were very crucial for the story.”

He adds: “I have necessary evidence to prove that she acted in those scenes. I have sent a legal notice and also filed complaints with the Nadigar Sangam and Producers Council. I want a public apology from her.”
