This weekend is all set to witness six new releases- 'Aarumugam', 'Thiru Thiru Thuru Thuru', 'Kannukullae', 'Suriyan Sattakalloori', 'Moonar' and 'Oru Kadhalan Oru Kadhali'.

Starring Bharath and Priyamani in lead roles, 'Aarumugam' marks the reentry of director Suresh Krishna, the man behind some of the biggest hits of Tamil cinema like 'Baadsha' and 'Annamalai'. Ramya Krishnan is doing an important role.

'Thiru Thiru Thuru Thuru', directed by debutant Nandhini is produced by Sathyam Cinemas and Real Image. With Ajmal and fresher Rupa Manjeri playing pivotal characters, the film is expected to be a comedy caper.

'Kannukullae' is directed by Lena Moovendar, a former associate of Mahendran, starring Mithun Tejaswi and Aparna in the lead.

Produced by Sivasakthi Movie Makers, 'Suriyan Sattakalloori' has newcomers Ghajini and Mithra as hero and heroine respectively. 'Moonar' is a thriller by K Thambidurai, while 'Oru Kadhalan Oru Kadhali' is expected to be a romantic entertainer.
