Ashok landed into the industry as a bubbly young hero through ‘Muruga’ and ‘Pidichirukku’. ‘Muruga’ famed Ashok made an impression through his performance.

‘Muruga’ was a hit at the box office while his ‘Pidichiruku’ did not fare well as estimated. Ashok maintained a low profile until we became impatient and wanted to know what he is doing now. When we caught him through phone, he starts off in a cool tone.

“Just now I have completed the work under the banner of Pyramid Saimira for ‘Vanam Partha Seemayile’ with director J P Azhagar. The film will confirm a place for me in the industry and its audio launch will be in the month of October,” said Ashok.

“The film is completely shot in Ramanathapuram. I am donning the role of a hopeless young man who is of no use to anyone. The whole village hates him because of his reluctant behavior. One fine day I make the whole village turn back at me for my courage,” adds the hero.

“I am now committed to work for a project titled ‘Marupakkam’ under a new banner labeled NMR and another project titled ‘Kadhal Kalvan’ for another new banner. Among these two the shoot of ‘Marupakkam’ will commence at the earliest,” concludes Ashok.

Hmm...This is what we call, a silence before the storm?
