The brother of Auto Kannada film Mahendra Munoth Hansaraj also a pharmacist in Bangalore has written the story, for a children Kannada film Ku Ku that star his children Vivek and Vinutha studying in 9th and 5th standard at Holy Angel School in Bangalore.
A talkative Hansaraj disclosed that he has not done this film with any motives behind. In case the film wins the best children film award of Rs.25 lakh from the state government he would contribute the money to the social cause. The intention of making this movie with my children is that it has been my dream of becoming an actor. I am materializing it with my kids. It centers on a property issue in a family. The cute brother and sister who are missing find in the newspapers the announcement - the tracers of missing children would get prize money. At the same time they also learn their life is in danger. Once they reach the house they will be murdered is what they understand. What the children do in this case? That is interesting part of the film says Hansaraj.
Upendra (not the top star) a theatre activist has directed this film. 95 percent of artists in this film are from Karnataka and they are first timers. The film is shot in super 16 camera in 57 days in places like Bangalore, Mysore and some forest areas.
The music is scored by Sagar Nagabhushan. The audio of the film was released recently at The Bell Hotel in Bangalore. Avhan Audio has released the album to the market.
