Sneha has denied reports that Raghavendra, the man who was arrested on Saturday for allegedly harassing her by sending repeated messages to marry him, had spent nearly Rs 80 lakh for her.
"There is not even an iota of truth in it. I am clean. And I believe in truth. Court will decide what the truth is and what not," she says.
The 35-year-old man from Bangalore was arrested in Chennai for allegedly sending obscene and threatening SMSes to Sneha for the past few months.
The man identified as Raghavendran, was reportedly running a real estate business in Bangalore. As per the complaint of the actress, he was repeatedly sending SMSes to her urging to marry him.
He is also said to have sent threatening messages to the actress since she did not respond to him. An agitated Sneha chose to lodge a complaint with Chennai Police Commissionerate.
She alleged in her complaint that the man had approached her father posing himself as a producer and that he was keen to do a movie in Kannada starring Sneha. However, his real intentions came to light soon, she said.
