The first Indian regional language Kannada film to shoot in Chhattisgarh is ‘Premism’. The Chitrakoota falls and Thirathghat falls near Jagadalpur the cynosure of tourists that is similar to the Niagara Falls of United States of America have been captured in the wiper camera by debutant Sheetal Jain.

The roaring water fall that is superb for viewing is an additional attraction in ‘Premism’ Kannada cinema of Rathnaja and Ajay Gowda. This is where at the tip of the falls the tap dance composed by Hoysala Devaraj was shot on actors Amoolya, Chetan Chandra, Varun and other dancers. Choreographer Hoysala Devaraj trained the key artists for 15 days for this particular song to avoid the waste of time.

Top actress Amoolya (of Cheluvina Chittara fame) remembering the water fall that is gorgeous at Chhattisgarh explained the most difficult task of staying at the tip of this fall was very risky. A slight slip would have resulted in no trace as the steepness is 400 feet Amoolya went for a flash back.

Director Rathnaja had this location in mind for the song Sa.Ga.Ma.Pa Ni, Sa…Ukkuthide Prema…. He had shot this place in his video camera in 2003 during the location hunt for his debut film ‘Nenapirali’. He is using the same location after six years for his third film.

A song on Arashina Kumkuma….the traditional song, a song on the nature of people living in Mysore, the peppy Hodi Line…song and Panchabootha….title song have been very well scored by ace music director Hamsalekha lauded the producer Ajay Gowda.
