Spotlights turned on young actor Jai after his films 'Chennai 600028' and 'Subramaniapuram' were deemed stupendous successes. It can be recalled that Jai had some interesting scenes with Vijayalakashmi in the Venkat Prabhu directed 'Chennai 600028'. Interestingly, the two will be seen as a pair in the film 'Adhey Neram, Adhey Idam'.

As for Vijayalakshmi, the damsel is on a high especially after being chosen to star opposite Rajinikanth in the animated flick 'Sultan – The Warrior' which is directed by Soundarya Rajinikanth.

'Adhey Neram, Adhey Idam' directed by debutant M. Prabhu is expected to be a romantic entertainer that narrates the life of a jobless youth who is engulfed with the electric pangs of love. Vijayalakshmi plays the role of a college girl. 'Lollu Sabha' fame Jeeva, Nizhalgal Ravi and Ravi Prakash play prominent roles in the film which has music by Premji Amaran.

'After 'Subramaniapuram', I was waiting for the right script that had the potential to enthrall audiences. When Prabhu narrated the script, I decided to be part of the film' said Jai.

'We have finished shooting a major portion of the film and the rushes look very good' he added.
