Music director and singer Jassie Gift who mesmerized the audience with his songs of his initial movies like Saphalam, and ‘Four The People’ was not seen in Mollywood for a couple of years.

He had sung quite a number of songs for many films in this period, but was not into creating tunes for Malayalam films. This much accomplished singer has been quite busy with his assignments as a music director in films like Sawaal, Hudagatta,Thee Nagar and Vilayadal, in other South Indian languages.

The talented musician will now be back to Malayalam giving music to the big banner movie 'Pokkiri Raja'. The movie produced by Thomichan Mulakupadam in the banner of Mulakupadom films will have Mammootty in the title role

Directed by popular young associate, Vysakh, the movie will feature four songs from Jassie. The crew is presently in the composing sessions of the songs for the movie. And grapevine is that the songs has shaped up well and that Jassie is all set to repeat his “Lajjavathiye magic”, with this Mammootty film.
