Jai Akash goes the Cheran way for his next venture. The actor, who had completed 36 films so far, awaits eagerly to hog the limelight in tinsel town.

Keen to strike it rich, Jai Akash has ventured to direct besides play the lead role in a movie titled 'Kadhalan Kadhali'.

Daisy Bopanna, Suhasini and debutante Nidhi Subbiah play the heroines, while the cast includes Karunaas, 'Kadhal' Sukumar, Rahul Dev, Brahmanandham among others.

Says Jai Akash,"There was a passion in me to direct movies for a long time. 'Kadhalan Kadhali' would have action, romance and sentiments blended with the right mix to entertain the masses."

The other credits are Jacksy John, Rajesh Yadav and cinematographer Selvaraj, music director Nandhan Raj and choreographer 'Cool' Jayanth. Produced by Ibrahim Basha and Rafaath Malick, the movie has story, screenplay and dialogues by Jai Akash.
