For the first time, Vijaya T Rajendar will handle a rural script in ‘Karupanin Kadhali’, a film which is set to go on floors soon.

The actor-director, who plays the title role, says that the movie will create an impact among the masses like ‘Paruthi Veeran’ did some time ago.

He will also score the music besides taking care of an array of responsibilities including story, screenplay, dialogues, camera, dance, editing and direction. To be produced by Simbu Cine Arts, Rajendhar has gone ahead to choose his star cast.

The movie would be on par with films directed by Bharathirajaa. “I have spend long hours in rural villages. I know their taste and preferences. My movie will capture their daily life in a realistic manner”, he says.
