'Abhiyum Naanum' is a film directed by Radha Mohan and produced by Moser Baer in association with Duet Films. The film stars Prakash Raj and Trisha in lead roles and the actors play father and daughter. In view of the special bonding between parents and children, the think-tank behind the film has come up with a novel way to promote the movie.

A Letter Writing Contest wherein kids have to write to their respective dads is to be held very soon. The content of the letter is to be based on their thoughts, love and affection the kids have for their dads. The winner will be gifted with a Big LCD TV.

Participants will have to buy the audio CD of the film in order to be eligible to take part in the contest. Entry coupons will be available with the Music CD. The letter writing contest has been aptly named 'Appavum Naanum'.

The winner will also be felicitated with television broadcast. The winner along with her/his dad will feature in a TV show on a popular satellite channel that will also showcase Prakash Raj along with his daughter and director Radha Mohan along with his child. Surely a monumental moment for the winner!

There is also a Painting Competition slated to happen soon.

Interestingly, the audio release function of the film will happen at the Anna Arivalayam and the father and daughter combo – CM Karunanidhi and Kanimozhi will release the music CDs and cassettes.

There are seven songs in addition to six Karaoke tracks in the album. Each of the songs would feature the voice of Prakash Raj introducing the numbers.
