After the stupendous successes in 'Aaru' and 'Vel' the combination of Suriya and Hari are coming together for another film titled 'Singam'. This film is to be produced by Reliance Big Pictures in association with Studio Green who had churned out the movies 'Sillunu Oru Kadhal' and 'Paruthiveeran'.

A noteworthy point is that Suriya's macho appeal and Hari's fast-paced style of narration end up with tremendous thriller values. 'Singam' is expected to have a little bit of rustic appeal with loads of action sequences.

The entry of Reliance Big Pictures in Tamil Cinema adds on to the corporate strength that is engulfing the industry. The famous group is planning to make a film with Suriya's brother Karthi as hero in early 2009. Director Suraj who delivered hits in the form of 'Thalainagaram' and 'Maruthumalai' will direct this film.
