After bringing in his latest 'Aakashagopuram' - a movie based on Ibsen's 'Master builder”, into theatres, K P Kumaran , the national award winning director of the movie will shortly move on to his next project based on Vaikkam Mukhammed Basheer’s classic work 'ente uppappakkkoru aana undayirunnu” (My grandfather had an elephant).

Produced by Mediant, the movie will feature Kavya Madhavan as Kunji Pathumma, the much celebrated central character. Jagathy will come up as Vattanadima while Revathy will be Thachumma. The other highlight of the movie will be actor Dileep, who will don the character of Nizar Ahamed.

K P Kumaran will himself script for this movie, which is expected to start its shoot by the opening months of next year.
