Vijayakanth, popularly known as ‘captain’ is all set for his next film. It was reported that Vijayakanth has accepted to star in a film for his friend Thangaraj.

This news is only partially true. Because though it is true that he is going to act in his friend’s film it is not under Thangaraj’s direction that he will be acting in. Vijayakanth will face the camera for his friend Kalaimani, whom he has known for many years.

Vijayakanth will be acting for a film directed by his friend Kalaimani. His other friend Thangaraj will be the producer of this film. The shooting for this yet-untitled project will begin after the captain completes his ‘Arasangam’.

It is also said that Vijayakanth agreed to act in his friend’s film only on one condition that he was free to use his political party’s flag or the principles of his party for dialogues in this film.
