Mohanlal and Mukesh will appear in an English film for the first time in their career. They will appear in pivotal roles in the film 'Krishna' a film directed by Sharath, based on the life of V K Krishna Menon.

This big budgeted film will feature Jimmy Meastry as Nehru, while Naseerudeen Shah will be in the title role of V K Krishna Menon. Mohanlal will appear in an equally important role in the film which looks into life and activities of the great leader through the eyes of a third person, who was very close to him. The film will take of in a couple of months.
