Fans of Kamal Haasan were disappointed lot ever since the news of 'Dasavatharam' not releasing for Pongal spread.

'Dasavatharam', produced by Oscar Ravichandran and directed by K S Ravikumar, has been in the making for over a year. Kamal fans are eagerly awaiting the movie's release ever since it hit the floors. It was touted for Deepavali release, but postponed to Pongal. And now, the rumours are abuzz that it would be delayed further.

Featuring Kamal Haasan in ten different roles, the movie has Asin in the female lead role. Mallika Sherawat too dons a prominent character.

Sources close to the producer say, “The delay is only for good. The computer graphic works are still on. We are using state-of-the-art technology to give the movie a sleek look. It would be on par with any Hollywood movie”.
