Known for pretty good hilarious films director Phani Ramachandra has completed the climax portion for his come back film 'Ganesha Matthe Bandha'. Returning to big screen after six years Phani Ramachandra of the 'Ganesha' series in Kannada like 'Ganeshana Ghalate, Ganeshana Madhuve, Ganesha Subramanya, Ganesha I Love You' has done the climax in four days at Ramanagar hills (where the famous 'Sholay' was shot). Vijaya Raghavendra, Vishal, Ananthnag, Vinayaprakash, Neethu, Kishore, Pragna and 50 stuntmen took part in this climax that was shot with the help of Jimmi Gyp cameras.

This is the second film of Sowbhagya Pictures the home banner of actor Vijaya Raghavendra. The same banner made 'Sevanthi Sevanthi' last year that was successful at the box office.

For the story of J.M.Prahallad the screenplay and dialogues are written by director Phani Ramachandra, V.Manohar has scored the music. The choreography is handled by Chinni Prakash and Imran.
