IM is not shelved: Sasi

Director Sasi, who won a place for himself in Tamil cinema with blockbusters like Sollamale, Roja Kootam and Dishoom, is ready to commence his next Poo.

Sasi says, “It is inspired by a short story called Veyyiloda Poi by Thamizhselvan. I am introducing newcomers for the lead roles”.

Asked whether he has shelved his much-hyped project IM, starring Srikanth. Sasi says, “No. I will direct IM soon. But before that I would go ahead and complete Poo”.

“Both IM and Poo are different storyline and I am confident that no one in Tamil cinema has tried their hands on such theme”, he says.
