It's bad time for Vinayan again. Black Cat, the already much delayed Suresh Gopi starrer directed by him, which is now planned for this Onam, is likely to be delayed further.

The High Court of Kerala has stayed the release of the film and the confiscation of all prints, following a petition by U Sasidharan of Ullattil Media Vision against Good way Film Corporation, the present producer of the film allegedly has to pay a sum of Rs. 75 lakhs to Ullattil Media Vision.

Black Cat was due to be released around Independence Day, and was one of the Suresh Gopi's films for Onam. With the new decision, every eye is on Samad Mankada's Kichamani MBA, which is the other Suresh Gopi film planned to be in theatres by Onam.
