AVM Saravanan meets Shankar

Putting an end to rumors that producer A V M Saravanan and director Shankar have fallen apart after Sivaji, the former called on the latter at his office in Chennai.

Saravanan had a brief meeting with Shankar and thanked him for directing Sivaji starring Rajinikanth and Shriya, which has went on to become a blockbuster.

Produced by AVM in their diamond jubilee year, Sivaji is one of the big-budgeted films which was released last month. The movie went on to find a place in UK Top Ten collection list too.

Shankar was out of the country during the movie's release and returned a few days ago. Saravanan called on Shankar and thanked him for rendering a big hit in Sivaji.
