After Mayakannadi, Navya Nair was considered down and out in Tamil industry. However the actress with tremendous acting abilities has managed to bag a plump role in Tamil again.

Navya Nair has been assigned to play the heroine in a woman-centric movie to be directed by ace Malayalam director Jayaraj. Vincent Asokan, son of yesteryear villain actor Asokan, will play the hero. Navya Nair plays a blind woman in the movie and she has more scope to perform.

The movie is titled Sila Nerangalil and would have musical score by Srikanth Deva.
