Nandamuri Kalyanram proved himself with a big blockbuster like 'Athanokkade'. He earned a good place as a hero and producer with this film. Now, he is going to play a guest role in a film to be directed by Ramesh Varma of Kiran Poster Ads.

The film would be the remake of a Bollywood hit 'Hum Tum' with Saif Ali Khan and Rani Mukherjee in the lead and Abhishek Bachchan in a guest role.

The film is now being remade in Telugu with Tarun and Genelia in the lead, while Nandamuri Kalyanram is playing a guest role in that movie.

The reason is that Abhishek Bachchan played the role in the original and that was the criteria behind accepting that guest role.

This is the second film for director Ramesh Varma and his debut film is 'Oka Oorilo…' produced by Chanti Addala on the banner of Friendly Movies with Tarun, Raja and Sindhu Tulani in the lead.
