Out of the two films that have completed 100 days last week 'Kannadadha Kandha' has celebrated the event at a simple function in Rejoyz Auditorium in Bangalore. The other film 'Care of Footpath' 100 days is expected to take place in the last week of March.

At the memorable function of 'KK' starring Vinodraj son of yesteryears actress Leelavathi it was down memory lane for the actress. She thanked the people of Karnataka for giving a break to her son Vinodraj who has come back after six years. Actor Vinodraj thanking those worked for the film sung the national award winning song of Dr.Rajkumar – Nadhamaya Yee Lokavella Nadhamaya. I have seen a new smile in my mother's face with the success of this film disclosed Vinodraj.

Veteran director Shivashanker said that the title of the film 'Kannadadha Kandha' has been one of the responsible factors for the success of the film. Kannada activist Ranganath, producers K.Manju, Shilpa Srinivas, Jayashri Devi presented the mementoes to the artistes and technicians of 'Kannadadha Kandha'.

Baby Hiranmayi sung the song Ilidhu Baa Thaayi…., at the start of the celebration. Veteran stage actor and journalist A.S.Murthy witty style of conducting the 100 days celebration was brilliant.
