Challenging star Darshan has signed a film for prestigious banner Ashwini Audio. Ashwini Ramprasad will be producing this Darshan starring film even before the completion of his current project 'Preethi Eke Bhooomi Mele Idhe'. This film will go on the floors on Sankranthi day. Govindu who is directing Darshan starring 'Bhoopathy' (Darshan's 25 th film) will be the director of this film. Harikrishna who is independent music director from super hit Kannada film 'Jothe Jotheyali' is scoring the tunes. For Darshan and Aditya starring 'Snehana Preethina' and 'Bhoopathy' it is Harikrishna who is scoring the music. He remains in tact with Darshan's fourth film set to go on the floors by Ashwini banner.

The reason for Ashwini Ramprasad to take up Darshan film before the hyped film 'Preethi Eke Bhoomi Melidhe' is because of director cum actor Prem consuming lot of time to finish off the project. In two months time – that is before the marriage of director Prem with actress Rakshita the project 'Preethi Eke Bhoomi Melidhe' is not expected to complete. Prem and Rakshita are getting married in March and leaving for a long honeymoon. Ashwini banner has to keep quiet in this time. In this gap Darshan film will be complete according to Ramprasad.

According to Ramprasad the Darshan starring film will be released only after 'Preethi Eke Bhoomi Mele Idhe' release.
