Johny Antony, the super hit director with three successive hits like C.I.D. Moosa and Thuruppu Gulaan under his belt, will team up with Sureshgopi and Lal for his next venture. The threesome is coming together for the first time for another usual comedy entertainer. This film which is titled as ‘Saddam’ will present Sureshgopi in the title character of Saddam Savier. Sureshgopi and Lal are coming together after a long time in this film. Their last film together was 'Thenkasipattanam' which was the biggest hit of late nineties.

Saddam will have the scripts by K.S. Naushad. The film which has the Johny Antony regulars like Jagathy, Cochin Haneef, Vijayaraghavan and Harishree Ashokan in prominent roles will present a new heroine from the south into Malayalam. The film is planned to start by the end of February.

Johny Antony who is presently shooting for his new film 'Inspecor Garud' with Dileep is into its final sessions this week. This film is planned to make a release by the 26th of January.
