Prabhu Deva to perform at IFFI

Actor-choreographer and director Prabhu Deva would perform at the inaugural function of the International Film Festival to be held at Goa beginning 23 November.

The much-awaited film festival would showcase films from various countries and panel discussions have also been organized. As part of the inauguration, a mega cultural event is organized in which Prabhu Deva would perform followed by Bollywood heart-throb Hrithik Roshan.

Also Tamil movie Sringaram which describes the tale of Devadasi in early 19th century has been chosen for screening at the fest. The film is directed by Saradha Ramanathan and features debutant Adithi Rao in the title role. The movie has music by Lalgudi Jayaraman.

The highlight of the inaugural would be the dance by Prabhu Deva.
