Arun Kumar, who is all set to enter wedlock on 1 December has changed his name for better fortunes.
He would be henceforth called as Arun Vijay.
Talking to media persons, Arun Vijay, said, 'I am getting engaged to Aarthy, a psychology student with the blessings of my parents on 11 September. The wedding is slated for 1 December in Chennai'.
A proud father, Vijayakumar, said, 'It was a wedding arranged with the consent of the elders.'
Meanwhile Arun Vijay, said, 'His forthcoming movie Thavam being produced by Arjun is nearing completion. A couple of songs would be shot in Vishakapattinam this month. A romantic entertainer, Thavam will be a movie to cherish in my career'.
He says, 'I have taken great pains in straightening my hair and it has given me a new look'.
