With the wedding of Suriya and Jyothika (11 September, 2006) fast approaching, expectations of early release of their Sillunu Oru Kaadhal is high in Kollywood circles.

Suriya is happy at the way the movie has shaped up. The movie has emotions and substance. Happy to be part of it, he says.

Equally jubilant is the debutant director Krishna. According to him, 'The movie is a breezy romance, as the title suggests. The inspiration was a real incident.'

A R Rehman's music has already become a chartbuster. It was thrilling experience to work with a stalwart like A R Rehman, Krishna says and adds, and we have shot the film in Mumbai, New Delhi, Visakhapatnam, Rajahmundri and Coimbatore. At Rajahmundri, we shot a song in which nearly 1,000 people participated'.

With big names like Suriya, Jyothika, Bhoomika Chawla and Vadivelu around, Sillunu Oru Kaadhal will no doubt be rocking the audience this season.
