Director-cum-producer Saran is a busy bee. He is currently directing Vattaram starring Arya and simultaneously producing Muni directed by Lawrence Raghavendra.

The director, says, 'Vattaram is for Deepavali. Amidst gangster films, my Vattaram is an action-packed movie sans any underworld or gangster running around with sickles.'

Arya, newcomer Keerat, Nepolean play lead roles.

On completing Vattaram, Saran says, 'I would commence penning the script for a movie which would feature Kamal Haasan in the lead role'.

Besides directing, Saran would be producing the movie too.

Says Saran, 'Since Vasool Raja, I share a good rapport with Kamal Haasan. We both share same energy and vibe well. Our next project would take off once Kamal Haasan completes Dasavatharam'.

Saran, who is committed to encourage fresh talents through his production house Gemini Films, says, 'In the coming days, director Vishnuvardhan and Mysskin would do a movie for Gemini Films'.
