Director Yaar Kannan's thriller Yuga would be released on 14 July. The movie would bring audience to the edge of their seats, vouches Kannan.

The film has four heroes - Kadhal Virus fame Richard, Boys Manikandan, Kadhal Sugumar and Raja. Nassar, Swarnamalya, Charuhasan, Gowrisankar, GK, Yamuna and Beasant Ravi are also in the cast.

Sibiyon is handling the camera while Raju Sundaram, Santhi, Ashok Raj and Shoby are taking care of the dance sequences. The stunts are by Kanal Kannan and Anal Arasu and editing is by Antony. Yaar Kannan has written the story, screenplay, dialogue besides directing the movie.

For Pa Vijay's lyrics, actor Simbu has rendered the song Alakka Orankattu, Jilakka Orankattu, Majakka Orankattu. A major portion of the movie was shot in Chennai and Kollimalai Hills. After a long gap, a thriller film would grace the theatres. I am confident of good response from the masses, he adds.
