Has Suresh Gopi taken the new avatar of a story writer? Rumors are abuzz that the busy actor in Malluwood has reportedly penned the script for his next venture titled Amaran, to be directed by I V Sasi. Sasi has recently rendered a blockbuster in Balram Vs Taradas. In Amaran, Suresh Gopi is playing the lead role. The title of the movie has been suggested by the actor himself and there are also speculations that Suresh himself is penning the story.

A K Saajan who has teamed up with Suresh Gopi lately in thrillers like Lanka and Chinthamani Kola Case has penned the scriptwriter for Amaran.

Meanwhile, the actor's Pathaka being directed by K Madhu is ready for release on 5 June. In the movie, he dons the role of the Chief Minister. Also in the cast includes Navya Nair and Renuka Menon.
