Actor-turned-producer Balaji needs no introduction. An adorable villain and a character artiste of MGR-Sivaji era, he took to production and was instrumental in churning out several films featuring Rajinikanth in which he was portrayed as the angry young man of Tamil Nadu in the early 80s.

Perhaps after a decade, his family is back to produce a movie again.

This time, his son Suresh Balaji has chosen to make a movie with Ajith. Ajith, who recently chose to opt out of director Bala's forthcoming project Naan Kadavul, has agreed to play the lead role in their film.

Keenly awaiting the release of his long-pending God Father, Ajith has reposed keen faith in their ability to start and complete a project as per schedule. In all probability, Asin might pair Ajith again after God Father.

A trim Ajith with his long hair cut now is busy finalizing a director for his new venture.

Known for coming out with commercial entertainers, one is sure that they (Team Balaji) would rock Ajith fans.
