Surya for Ajith?

The latest buzz doing rounds is that producer P L Thenappan has shelved his plans to produce Naan Kadavul to be directed by Bala featuring Ajith in the lead role.

The reason being attributed is the delay in the release of his home production Vallavan being enacted and directed by Silambarasan.

However Bala is hopeful of finding a new producer. Grapevine is abuzz with rumours that Ajith would now be replaced by Surya in the movie.

Surya is obviously a hot favorite of Bala. Interestingly, a few movies including Nerruku Ner, Ghajini were initially supposed to star Ajith in the lead role and later starred Surya in the lead cast. All went on to become big hits. Let's wait and watch.
