Ever since Kamal Hassan and director Gowtham announced their decision to commence Vettaiyaadu Vilaiyaadu, it has seen nothing but only problems. The movie's producer changed and the baton passed from Khaja Mohideen to Manickam Narayanan.

Even he could not succeed in his attempts to have the movie released. Planned for 14 April release, it could not grace theatres owing to series of troubles. Buzz is that Manickam Narayanan had taken all extra efforts to settle the debts of Khaja Mohideen, which was a stumbling block for Vettaiyaadu Vilaiyaadu's release.

Having cleared all the problems, Khaja Mohideen now waits for Harris Jeyaraj to complete the re-recording and Kamal Hassan's arrival from US to do the dubbing.

If things go as per Narayanan's plans, Vettaiyaadu Vilaiyaadu would grace theatres next month.

It is said, the film will release on June 6th.
