Padmapriya has not forgotten her roots. Though this actress ventured to Tamil and is today a busy actress there, her priority is still to do Malayalam movies.
She plays Mammootty's heroine in Bhargava Charitam Rendaam Khandam. Joemon is directing the film. Padmapriya made her acting debut with Mammooty in Kaazcha. This is their second film together. Padmapriya is also the heroine of a new film with Suresh Gopi, titled Ashwaroodan.
Padma Priya is also nursing ambitions to direct soon.
